OVERVIEW

All orders are processed and shipped during business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Our operating hours are from 8am to 5pm PST.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been processed.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information. Any delays during transit is out of our control. To track your package, please visit USPS website.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and size of your order. To determine shipping costs, add the item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping information, and select shipping method. The shipping rates, shipping methods, and delivery times are based off Shopify and USPS rates.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.
